Privacy Policy
​I agree to the processing by MARAH Limited Liability Company of my personal data and the personal data of my child contained in this form in order to participate in the recruitment process to the kindergarten. I certify that I have been informed that my personal data administrator is The MARAH Limited Liability Company, based in ul. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warsaw, and I certify also that revealing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the recruitment process to the kindergarten. I have also been informed about my right to have the access to my personal data and the ability to correct it or demand its removal.
§.1 General provisions
1. The administrator of the data is Marah Sp. z o.o. ul. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warsaw. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secure servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
3. For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "You", "Administrator" by "We". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2 Data Administrator
1. The Service Provider is the data administrator of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
2. The service provider is also the controller of people signed up for [for example] a newsletter and people signed up for a webinar.

2. in the scope and purpose in accordance with the consent you expressed if [for example] you sent a message via the contact form,
3. in the scope and purpose of the consent with the consent you expressed if you placed an order,
4. in the scope and purpose of consent with the consent expressed by you if you created a customer account,
5. each data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
7. The Service Provider shall have the right to share the User's personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
8. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
9. The Service Provider shall not provide personal data to other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and access control, thanks to which we minimize the consequences of any possible violation of data security.

§3 Cookies
The website [marah.pl] uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software.
